This commercial project involved converting a run down Church in the village of Sedgefield, which is also a listed building, into a state of the art leisure centre. As you can see from the photos we had to carry out extensive structural works before we even thought about the internals. We added a mezzanine floor to make better use of the space and installed a full underfloor heating system to minimise heat loss. This is most likely the biggest transformation we've been involved with.
