This two-part project comprised of converting a dilapidated outbuilding into a residential Annex building alongside the main house. The flint used in the build was quarried from within the grounds itself, cleaned and then carefully lay between brick pillars using a lime-based mortar. We reused the original 9x9 roof timbers and strategically placed them throughout the building as a reflection of its original character. The second phase was the construction of a double storey extension to the main house including a full new roof installation.
